The Ysleta Alumni Football Foundation, with the help of the Texas Alumni Football organization, are giving former YHS football athletes a chance to take a trip down memory lane and relive their glory days of high school football.

Dressing in full pads and playing full contact, alumni players will take on Ysleta High School’s rival, the Socorro Bulldogs. The game begins at 1 p.m. on Jan. 29 at Socorro High School. Former cheerleaders and band members are also invited to the event to complete the Friday night lights feeling.

Alumni, the community, and the current student population kicked off the excitement with a pep rally on Jan. 25 at YHS. 

The Ysleta Alumni Football Foundation is giving back to the students by selling t-shirts to raise funds for scholarships. Two Ysleta seniors will be awarded with $500 scholarships at the end of the school year.

All YHS alumni, family, and friends are encouraged to attend what is sure to be an unforgettable game.
