The Hanks Male Varsity Color Guard presented the Colors for the Region 19 Border Conference on educating students with special needs on Feb 2.
They were treated to a wonderful, life changing experience by the guest speaker, 23 year old Patrick Henry Hughes. Mr. Hughes was born without eyes or the total use of his limbs. In spite of his disabilities, he graduated from college and is an accomplished musician and singer. Each cadet also received an autographed book written by Patrick.
