Dietary requests (coconut allergies or vegetarian) must be made prior to the event by informing Public Relations at 915-434-0695. A notation will be made on your ticket which will need to be presented to your waiter. We cannot change menu during the banquet.
To record your gala memories, a complimentary photo booth, courtesy of El Paso Photo Booth by Coach K, will be available in the lobby hallway beginning at 5:30 pm. A designated "selfie booth" will be located inside the ballroom. Take individual, couple or group photos using the fun props. The booth will be open before and immediately following the event. Both photo booths will close when the awards ceremony begins.
Guests are encouraged to embrace this year's "Venetian Masquerade Ball" on their own in the outfits and accessories they choose to wear that evening. We will NOT be providing complimentary masks for any guests at the event. Please keep in mind dress is semi formal.

Important Driving Directions to the Centennial Club
Entrance to East Fort Bliss is quite easy. Guests should enter thru Sgt. Pena gate (off Airport Rd. and Fred Wilson Blvd.). Every person in the car will need to present their ticket or invitation, along with a picture ID at the Military Police guard post for access to Fort Bliss between 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Drivers are reminded they must have their driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance in case they are stopped on post.

Guests may exit through the Sgt. Pena gate upon conclusion of the event.
Seating is reserved by campus. Guests must be seated according to campus listed on back of ticket. Please note that tables may be shared with another campus. It would be best if your campus can discuss seating arrangements prior to the event. We thank you for your cooperation.
