Practicum I, or Clinicals, is a junior-level career education program for students interested in pursuing a career in health care. The Bel Air Center for Health Professions program provides students with opportunities to explore a variety of health careers and make realistic and satisfying career choices. Whether a student is skilled in scientific research and design, clinical laboratory procedures, written and verbal communication skills, or is skilled in caring for people, career options are available to match these individual interests and abilities.
The Bel Air Center for Health Professions is affiliated with Del Sol Medical Center, University Medical Center and Sierra Providence East, as well as other health care facilities such as clinics, private practices, and elementary schools where students shadow a health care provider and experience the health care environment.
