    Jesse Marquez

A big congratulations goes out to Mr. Jesse Marquez, a junior at Riverside High School.  He has been working as a precision drafting technician for LARK Industries since January 2019.  He was accepted into his paid internship which needed a minimum of 5 years experience but yet landed this position with only 3 months experience, thanks to everything he has learned in his Civil Engineering/Architecture Class.  He was able to demonstrate a very high level of drafting needed in the industry which includes machined parts and 3-Dimensional designs.

    Notable Accomplishments/Qualifications are:

    • Civil and Land Surveying basics
    • AutoCad
    • Revit
    • VEX World Qualifier

A very big thank you to LARK Industries for taking the time to interview our students and take them into their company.
