YISD Online Enrollment

  • The Ysleta Independent School District is proud to announce a new online enrollment system aimed at streamline the student registration process. With the new system, parents can conveniently begin the registration process online before visiting their student’s campus during registration.

Registration Steps

  • Step 1: Create Account

    In order to enroll your student(s) online, you must create an online account with YISD. Parents will need an active email address that is checked regularly to access and use the online registration system. This email account will also be used for important communication updates from Ysleta ISD and your child’s school.     Step 2: Enroll Online

    Enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year opens on July 10. Parents may login with their YISD account and begin the registration process. Complete the required student information forms online. Student registration for the 2017-2018 school year opens July 10, 2017. Forms submitted prior to July 10 may not be accepted.  (New and Pre-K Students). You will need to have important student information ready to input into the system, including date of birth, social security number, phone numbers, and addresses of parents/guardians. For best system performance and data validity, we recommend using the latest version of Internet Explorer.


    Step 3: Visit Campus

    After completion of online registration, parents will need to provide the following documents to their campus during the school's registration day:

    • a proof of residency,
    • valid identification (birth certificate or passport),
    • updated student immunization records,
    • a student social security card (if applicable), and
    • student withdrawal papers from the previous school/district. 
    • New student registration will not be finalized until these documents have been submitted to the campus.
    • Contact your campus with questions.

    To expedite the time spent at the campus, parents and/or legal guardians of new secondary students are strongly encouraged to contact the student’s school to make an appointment once online registration is complete.

Open Lab Dates

  • To assist families during the online registration process, YISD will host four free Open Lab Sessions. Computers will be available and district staff will be on-hand to assist parents in registering their student(s) for the 2017-2018 school year. Dates for the Open Lab Sessions are:

    Thursday, July 13

    Thursday, July 20

    Thursday, July 27

    Thursday, August 3

    All sessions will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. in the TIS Lab, located on the second floor of YISD Central Office 9600 Sims, 79925. For more information, please call YISD Technology and Information Services at 915-434-1000.
