  • YISD Lockdown Assessment Checklist

    If you find it difficult to effectively assess your Lockdown Drill, please consider using the attached assessment checklist.  You may elect to keep a few people from participating in the drill or asking The Office of Emergency Management to assess your drill. The assessment feedback is valuable and provides quality information to improve your response and performance during drills.

  • Bomb Threat Sheet

    Attached is the bomb threat and threatening message sheet for YISD. Please print, fold on dotted line and post at all phones who receive public or parent phone calls. generally the front office staff and administrators.  Also, please replace the older bomb threat sheet in your EOP with this sheet.

  • 2018 Campus Safety Orientation PowerPoint

    Purpose:  Campus administrators will review the Safety Orientation PowerPoint with all professional and paraprofessional/ancillary staff members during the welcome back activities on August 20th.

    We recommend that you review the 2018 Safety Card as well, specifically the drill calendar dates. The Safety Card is found on the Safe Schools for Campuses Website.

    When:  Preferably August 20th, but must be completed no later than August 24th.

    Goal:  All campus staff members are oriented and prepared to participate in the Safe Schools Program for 2018-2019. 

    Please scan/email your sign-in sheets (rlivermore@yisd.net) showing the personnel who viewed the 2018 Safety Orientation PowerPoint.

  • 2018-2019 EOP Cover Page

    The EOP Cover Page has two specific purposes: (1) It acts as the annual drill calendar for the Safe Schools Program and (2) it is the cover page for your printed EOP, documenting the current status of drill activity on your campus. Do not send this file to Professional Development or upload it into the Safe Schools Portal.  The YISD Safety Officer will verify your form is updated during his campus visits.

  • 2018-2019 Campus SRP Drill Log

    Use this log to record your monthly drill results for your campus.  Drill logs are due the last Friday of the month. All drill logs must be upload to your Safe School Portal. Please upload the drill log to your Safe Schools Portal.
