Leopards Celebrate Good Behavior with Football and Fun

To encourage positive behavior and keep students focused to make good choices, we held our annual Super Behavior Bowl in February, complete with a tailgate party, cheerleaders and a great flag football game. As a ‘#onered’ event, members of our Bel Air High School football team coached the student teams.

For several weeks, 3rd thru 6th graders played in a tournament leading up to the 7th Annual Bowl. Students who have been following the 3 B's, (Be safe, Be respectful & Be responsible) were allowed to participate. Not only was the afternoon filled with an exciting game, but the students also had a special tailgate during lunch with hot dogs & chips while getting to wear their favorite football jersey.

The students worked hard in class and during P.E. to participate on one of the teams. They also get to be in the spotlight like their favorite football superstars. The rest of the school (Kinder thru 2nd grader) cheered on their fellow Leopards and participated in half time football activities. In addition, our Mesa Vista Cheerleaders performed during half-time.

Congratulations to this year's winning team of 4th & 5th graders!
