Del Valle High School is proud to honor 2022 Honored Ex Keith Alexander Morales, (Class of 2007)  

Mr. Morales currently serves as the Director of Bands at Del Valle High School in the Ysleta Independent School District, previously serving as Associate Director of Bands.  He graduated in the top ten percent and was honored as a Texas All-State Trumpeter. 

Mr. Morales graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Trumpet Performance. He received his Master’s in Trumpet Performance from the University of Texas at El Paso. 

He is an active clinician in the southwest and has been honored to serve as the TMEA All-Region Jazz Band clinician for region 22. He is currently a member of the El Paso Wind Symphony, the El Paso Symphony Orchestra, and the Five Four Brass Quintet.

Bands under his direction have been consistent with the coveted sweepstakes award. He has led the Del Valle High School Marching Band to the Texas All-State Marching Band Competition, the Wind Ensemble to the Texas All-State Honor Band Finals, and the Mariachi “Los Conquistadores” to the Texas All-State Mariachi Festival.

Mr. Morales is married to his beautiful wife of seven years, Tracy; together, they have three children; Ava, Miles, and a beautiful baby girl, Claire. They are blessed to serve this community through music education.

Homecoming Schedule:

Thursday, Sept. 29
6 p.m. – The homecoming parade begins at Kernel and Betel, right on Betel, right on Bordeaux, and ends at Conquest Stadium
7:30 p.m. – “Partying Through the Decades” pep rally in Conquest Stadium

Friday, Sept. 30
10:30 a.m. - Student pep rally in Conquest Stadium
Noon – Honored Ex and Alumni Reception in the Library
7 p.m. - Homecoming football game vs. Horizon HS in Conquest Stadium
