Alicia R. Chacon Int’l School students share their expertise at conference
Middle school students from Alicia R. Chacon International School participated in the 20th anniversary of TNTc (Teachers Networking Technology & Content) conference on November 2 by sharing their talents and expertise to area educators. This is the sixth year the school has participated at the TNTc Conference. Their presentation, "ARC Middle School Students Create Tutorials for Third Grade Students and Parents," was sponsored by foreign language teacher Natalia Tchoshanova.
The students demonstrated how they created short video and slide show tutorials for third grade students to make transition from paper and pencil language learning to a Chromebook language classroom smoother and successful. In order to involve parents into their children's learning, students make tutorials in two languages: Spanish and English.
