Bel Air High School Class of 2022
The Bel Air High School Class of 2022 graduated a total of 422 students on June 4th.
Bel Air High School's Valedictorian is Roberto Alonzo Chavira. He took part in the Spanish Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Dual Language, and SkillsUSA, all of which widened his horizons and made him grow as a person. In his junior and senior year, Roberto chose the STEM pathway and took part in the Architecture program. At the beginning of his senior year, Roberto was granted the opportunity of joining GA Architecture Inc. After high school, Roberto plans on attending the joint 4-year architecture program of El Paso Community College and Texas Tech. Roberto’s long-term goal is to receive his masters in architecture and ultimately become a licensed architect, hoping to leave his mark on earth through the art of buildings and structures.
Bel Air High School's Salutatorian is Michelle Estrada Ruiz. She was part of the Health Profession's Bachelors of Science Program as well as a member of the Highlander Orchestra. She plans to further her education at Texas A&M University, where she plans to finish her nursing degree. She intends to pursue her masters degree in hopes of becoming a nurse practitioner.
