Riverside High School’s Valedictorian Daniela Fernanda Cabrales will attend the University of Texas at El Paso and take advantage of the Presidential Scholarship she was awarded. She plans on majoring in Aerospace Engineering and her ultimate dream is to work at NASA.

Riverside High School’s Salutatorian, Jesus Villasana will attend Texas A & M University College of Engineering in the Fall of 2023.  His goal is to earn a doctorate degree in electrical engineering.   He is an Ysleta Education Foundation scholarship recipient, and also received an engineering grant from Texas A&M.  Jesus’ career goal is to become a team member of purposeful innovation that will assist in solving the world's most complex challenges.  His honors include being a member of the National Honor Society, all region band, all region jazz band, and participating in solo and ensemble.
