The Scotsdale Elementary School Student Council (STUCO) have invested countless hours in supporting the El Paso community over the past few months. As part of their Outreach Program at Scotsdale, the STUCO scholars collected close to 700 pairs of socks which were donated to the El Paso Homeless Shelter. The STUCO continued with their second project and connection to the Cancer for Relay Drive where they collected hundreds of dollars to give back to a cancer society in El Paso. The Scotsdale STUCO exemplifies out of the ordinary service to others in serving the YISD Community and the El Paso Region. We honor their contributions with the December 2022 President’s Award.
