Student meal service program explained

Ysleta ISD would like to clarify that the city's new "Stay Home" emergency order does NOT prohibit families from participating in our drive-through meal service program, which provides curbside delivery of breakfast and lunch meals at select schools on weekdays for children under 18. The "Stay Home" order DOES allow you – and all other persons – to travel to pick up meals from our 14 select sites. Also, those who pick up meals for their children from our schools can only do so if the children are inside the vehicle, as this is what the program requires. If your child is sick and must stay home, you may make other arrangements to pick up meals by speaking to the cafeteria manager at the school where you wish to participate. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
