Kudos to Abel Villanueva at Dolphin Terrace Elementary School!

I called DTES to get my login for my HAC account and Mr. V provided me the information in a very secure way. It is safe to know they won't just give information to anyone. Then, after he asked if I had 4 minutes to spare, he actually helped me register my daughter for next year. He was was faster than 4 minutes, which is great. I feel he went above and beyond. Very courteous thank you so much Mr. V! DTES is the best!
