Kudos to Alice Hanson at Lancaster Elementary School!

I want to recognize her due to she was leaving and almost at her car and she saw a parent with a computer that came to school for help. She came back and helped the parent instead of just leaving. I really believe this is a example of service excellence. She helped the parent and is always professional.
