Valley View Middle School

Achieving Excellence

Points of Pride

  • Welcome to Valley View Middle School!  Home of the Giants!

Welcome to Valley View Middle School! Home of the Giants! For 39 years, Valley View Middle School has been a beacon of excellence in THE District. The school has been standing in its current place since 1989, but it has been in existence since 1978 when it was housed in the current Mission Valley campus. Throughout all of these years, Valley View has consistently been a place where students learn to succeed.

Valley View’s success is no accident; it’s our mission: 1st in Pride! 1st in Character! 1st on the Path to Higher Education! We instill the following values into our students – Responsibility, Integrity, and Perseverance. Or, as we like to say, Giants RIP it up!

The state-of-the-art building will house former VVMS and Camino Real students, embodying the “One Family, One Destiny!” motto of the Del Valle feeder pattern. All classrooms will be equipped with touchscreens, enabling students to get “hands on” with technology. Students will thrive in 21st Century classrooms.
