Our young women are exceeding academic expectations and proving that all students, regardless of their background or socio-economic status, can excel if given the right opportunity. Our school has a foundation of STEAM curriculum with a focus on our core values: Responsible Leadership, College and Career Readiness, and Wellness Life Skills.

The Young Women's Leadership Academy celebrated it's first graduating class in 2022. 42 scholars earned over 25 million dollars in merit and need-based scholarships. Our graduates had 3 QuestBridge matches, 2 Gates Scholars, 1 Terry Scholar, 1 Dell Scholar, and 1 Dream Scholar.
