Our 5th grade Eagles are ready for the Science STAAR after completing a strong science review led by a dedicated team of teachers and staff. They are focused, prepared, and ready to succeed!

Our students spent the last few weeks collecting canned goods to support the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank. A huge thank you to our parents, staff, and students for their incredible generosity! #CommunityFirst #FoodDrive🥫🦅

Tomorrow is NFL Day at our school! To celebrate the kickoff of the football season, all students are invited to wear their favorite NFL jersey or shirt with jeans. 🏈

We are proud to announce that Eastwood Heights Elementary School has been awarded the Purple Star Campus Designation for the 2025–2026 and 2026–2027 school years! This special honor, created by the Texas Legislature and awarded by the Texas Education Agency, recognizes schools that go above and beyond to support the unique needs of military-connected students and their families.

This Friday, Aug. 1, #THEDISTRICT invites all students, staff, and families across Ysleta ISD to wear white in remembrance of the lives lost during the tragic mass shooting on Aug. 3, 2019. Let us stand together in unity and love for our El Paso community. #ElPasoStrong
