On the morning of August 2, 2024, our Matador Football Program started the school year with an exciting event, welcoming elementary feeder pattern students for their first Friday of the 2024-2025 school year! This special moment, organized by Coach McWhorter and his coaching staff, highlighted the spirit of community and mentorship as our dedicated Matador football players rose early to greet students at the door.

With smiles, high fives, and words of encouragement, the football players helped ease the nerves of incoming kindergarten students. Their support brought joy and confidence to both the students and their parents, setting a positive tone for the school year.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our football program, Coach McWhorter, and the principals from our feeder schools who made this day possible. The gratitude expressed by parents, students, and staff was truly inspiring.
